Whos your favorite team?

Whos youre favorite NFL team?
Mine is my hometown Jacksonville Jaguars. We had a good run last year and won a playoff game on the road. It should be a promising season for the Jaguars. We have David Garrard in his second season as starter. A great running back duo with Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew and a load of unproved recievers lol. We did pick up Jerry Porter who could have a very good year with us. A powerful offense to go along with an always good defense. Looks like it could be a promising year in Jacksonville.
Watch out New England and Indy!!!!

I am a life long 49ers fan.
I am really not sure what to expect from the team this year, I hold out hope based on the 2006 year, and the fact that we had so many injuries last year. I think our defense will continue to improve with Nate Clements, the addition of Justin Smith at DE and then the return of Manny Lawson at LB. We also spent our first round pick on DT Kewtwan Balmer from UNC so hopefully he can replace the retired Bryant Young. Ofcourse we also have all-world linebacker Patrick Willis coming into his second full season.
A lot of the concern is on the offensive end - we hope that our offensive line can come together (which I do believe will be improved), it is a matter of how our QB plays. I hold out hope for Alex Smith but he may not actually win the job, so we will have to wait and see on that. Frank Gore should return to dominance after an average 2007 season if we can throw the ball at all. The two biggest aquisitions on offense were the hiring of Mike Martz and the signing of long-time former Ram Issac Bruce - both should make some big impacts on the offense, even if it isnt shown in statistical categories.
I really need to see who wins the QB job and then see how the team is picking up the offense before I make any predictions for the year, but I cant see why the 49ers cant steal a few wins with their defense and then win a few against lesser teams...leading to a .500+ win percentage and a outside shot at the playoffs.

Patrick Willis is a beast!!!!!! Im a university of Miami fan so I also like Frank Gore.

Well that is both good AND bad!
I do like Frank Gore, but I am a HUGE Florida State Seminoles fan for Football, baseball and basketball...though my main college bball team is the Duke Blue Devils!!
I do agree that Patrick WIllis is just out of control! The thing is, it doesnt really shock me, I expected him to be awesome, however All-Pro 1st team as a Rookie is tough to predict!
