who's going to win the league then?

Post by andybayor on Fri Aug 08, 2008 4:00 pm

with the season just a week away its time to place a bet on who's going to come out on top this year?
well obviously Bolton are going to win the league but ya can all vote for 2nd...?

will chelsea buy the title?
is it finally l'pools time?
will man.utd's same squad policy secure the same result?
have arsenal got the mentality to last the distance?
or will teams like tottenham and portsmouth suprise us in taking the title all the way with their strong squads?

i dont think chelsea have the hunger and i dont think arsenal have the squad. but man utd are ageing. and liverpool are still a cupple of players away from success in my opinion..

im going to go for chelsea this year. but i'd love to see arsenal clinch it

red c no chance, their playing roster is too small, any injuries and they will struggle to stay in the top 6 i think.

I think man utd wont be anywhere near it this year, i think it's a chelsea & liverpool fight this year, with arsenal pushing them both all the way.

This is how i see it (and yes i've been praying every night!!)

1) Liverpool
2) Chelsea
3) Arsenal
4) Man Utd
5) Tottenham
6) Everton

being a utd fan im hoping them

pool have great talent but something is still lacking there, think they have more chance winning a cup maybe even champions league

nice to have a utd pool final there

Arsenal have a good chance of winning the league. I think the players are young, determined and they have the talent to do it, from what I have seen last season. However, I will not rule out my team and that is the Sea of Chel.. aka Chelseaaaa. Given that Drogba and Anelka will be on form and start having that chemistry up top to score goals. The Christian Ronaldo effect is still privalent so that cant be ruled out and the overall manu team is determined not to be de-throwned. Given all those factors and more, my two teams I'm predicting to win will be Chelsea or Arsenal.

By the way... Where is the good old liverpool with John Barnes, Ian Rush? Miss those days. Will this year be liverpools year? Maybe, who knows.

Reggae outttttttttttt
